Wij hebben aan jou gedacht en een aantal tips op een rijtje gezet om stoom af te blazen en je kansen te optimaliseren. Daar gaan we!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Maak een planning <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We kunnen het niet vaak genoeg zeggen: plannen is echt essentieel om de werklast te spreiden en niet alles op het laatste moment te hoeven doen. Probeer naast plannen ook haalbare en realistische doelen te stellen om je productiviteit te maximaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Eet evenwichtig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Eet evenwichtig! Als je te vet, te zoet en\/of te zout voedsel eet, neemt vermoeidheid de overhand. Dat komt omdat het lichaam er dan langer over doet om te verteren. Door evenwichtig te eten, blijf je in topvorm en ben je gefocust op je doelen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Slaap voldoende<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Het is belangrijk om voldoende en goed te slapen! Onvoldoende nachtrust kan bijdragen tot gevoelens van vermoeidheid, stress en angst. Een goede nachtrust stelt de hersenen daarentegen in staat de stof goed te onthouden en geeft je een boost voor de dag.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Drink veel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Water drinken is van vitaal belang, want het is een van de belangrijkste voorwaarden om geconcentreerd te blijven! Het lichaam bestaat dan ook voor 60 % tot 70 % uit deze stof. Als je gehydrateerd blijft, raak je veel minder snel afgeleid en kun je beter onthouden. Als je niet graag water drinkt, voeg dan siroop toe of kies voor thee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Verzet je zinnen aan het einde van de dag<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na een drukke dag is het belangrijk om &#8216;je hoofd leeg te maken&#8217;. Een frisse neus halen of uitgaan met vrienden is een goede manier om een pauze te nemen die je hersenen de kans geeft om te regenereren.
