Volg onze 5 tips om weer van een goede nachtrust te kunnen genieten.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ga op een vast uur slapen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Als je er een gewoonte van maakt om op een vast uur te gaan slapen, went je lichaam aan een routine. Geleidelijk aan zal je lichaam het uur waarop het moet slapen, &#8216;kennen&#8217; en zich eigen maken. Dat maakt het makkelijker om in slaap te vallen en verbetert de kwaliteit van de slaap.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zorg voor een ontspannende routine<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Door een ontspannende routine te volgen, zoals een boek lezen of kort mediteren, kun je je lichaam voorbereiden op een &#8216;kalme&#8217; en &#8216;ontspannen&#8217; sfeer, waardoor je makkelijker in slaap valt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zet elektronische apparaten 2 uur voor het slapengaan uit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Het is algemeen bekend dat elektronische apparaten en schermen prikkels veroorzaken die je verhinderen in slaap te vallen door blauw licht uit te stralen. Op lange termijn kan dit je biologische klok ontregelen. Door je apparaten 2 uur voordat je naar bed gaat uit te zetten, raken je lichaam en hersenen op elkaar afgestemd om zich klaar te maken voor het slapengaan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Drink niet voor het slapengaan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Drinken voor het slapengaan betekent je lichaam de kans geven om je &#8216;s nachts \u00e9\u00e9n, twee of zelfs drie keer wakker te maken, omdat je aandrang voelt. Wakker worden betekent dat de slaapcyclus wordt onderbroken en dwingt je lichaam opnieuw te beginnen. Om gehydrateerd te blijven en goed te slapen, moet je de hele dag door water drinken. Zo voorkom je dat je dorst krijgt wanneer je naar bed gaat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Beperk je blootstelling aan licht<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Daglicht zorgt ervoor dat je wakker wordt en in het donker val je dan weer in slaap. Melatonine, dat van nature door de hersenen wordt vrijgegeven wanneer het donker wordt, staat bekend als het &#8216;slaaphormoon&#8217;. Het zet het lichaam in nachtmodus en regelt het slaap-waakritme. Ons advies?
